Industrial Production Outlook

The Industrial Production Index gained 0.3% in December, its fifth consecutive increase. For the fourth quarter as a whole, industrial production increased at a 6.8% annual rate, the largest quarterly increase since the second quarter of 2010. The question one must address is whether the increase will be sustained or is it a temporary blip?
