There are a couple of events that clearly dominate the economic landscape. We believe that the delevering of the financial system and the current financial crisis will result in a temporary economic slowdown from which we shall recover. If that is the case, our job is relatively simple. We can go back in time to see how the economy has responded during slowdowns or recessions.
