The Wall Street Journal's Forecasting Survey

According to the latest survey, the majority of economists believe that the economy is stabilizing, foreseeing economic growth returning in the third quarter of this year with the recession ending in August. 64% of the forecasters say that the recent rise in 10 year Treasury bond yields is a hopeful sign that credit markets are normalizing while 36% saw the rise as a worrying sign that reflects concerns about the U.S. deficit and inflation.
