Report Detail Summary

The Wall Street Journal’s Forecasting Survey

November 22, 2011

In the latest survey, the economists’ outlook continued to be dim. The economists still have the odds of another U.S. recession coming in the next year around 33%, while they put the odds of a recession in the euro zone at around 50%. They also see incomes growing over the next ten years, but not fast enough to put standards of living at pre-recessionary levels.
