In the latest survey, the economists’ look for a slow and steady improvement in economic growth, in spite of the threat of high oil prices. The outlook did not change much as oil prices continued to creep up. According to the economists, consumers have taken note of the increase, but they have yet to let the increase affect them too greatly.
