Around the World in 90 Days: Part I

Recently, the stock market reached an all-time high, a milestone that was important in a number of ways. The market recouped the losses realized during the financial crisis and subsequent recession. Yet, as we look at the data, we find that the economy is still growing at a sub-par rate, well below the historical average, as well as being below the historical recovery rate in the aftermath of a recession.
