The Wall Street Journal’s Forecasting Survey

In the latest survey, the economists had a tough time determining when the Fed would begin to curtail its bond buying program. Several factors, such as a budget agreement, new Fed leadership, and slight improvements in the pace of hiring have made it clear that the Fed will most likely taper back their purchases. The question is when.
