The Wall Street Journal’s Forecasting Survey
February 20, 2015
In the latest survey, the economists are still seeing the benefits of low oil prices on the economy. When those prices are combined with possible gains in job growth and income, the outlook looks very bright. However, one possible downside to the low oil prices and strong dollar would be a reduction in capital spending, which the forecasters foresee happening in 2015.
