The Wall Street Journal’s Forecasting Survey

In the latest survey, the economists saw the stock market rally, the government’s resolution for the debt ceiling, and growth in employment as signs that the economy will continue its slow growth regimen for the foreseeable future. Global risks continue to be the wildcard, but the economists think that won’t be enough to stop the Fed from increasing rates in December.
