Looking at the Iowa Electronic Markets, one can get some likelihoods regarding the different scenarios. Taken at face value, the most likely outcome is a Democratic White House, with the Democrats retaking the Senate, and the Republicans retaining the House of Representatives. Under that scenario, we will have a divided government and should expect more of the same. This is especially true if one takes into account that Mrs. Clinton is running for a third term for President Obama.
