Bill's Disturbing Economic Message

President Clinton, in a well-crafted speech, made a convincing case that America is better off today than it was eight years ago. He cited an impressive litany of economic indicators to demonstrate the gains that we have made during his presidency. The president argued that his administrations spending programs were the source of our current prosperity. He also stated that he believed the best is ahead of us - if we make the right choice.
