Around the World in 90 Days

While we expect the rest of the world to slow down somewhat, on average we expect the rest of the world and the major economic regions to grow faster than the U.S. On the inflation front, we look for the focus on the domestic price rule to dominate the major currencies: the Dollar, the Euro and the Yen. Not surprisingly, most of the forecasts call for a low single digit inflation rate in the countries and areas whose exchange rates are directly or indirectly related to any one of these currencies
