The combined forecast paints an interesting picture for the coming year. What we call the false prosperity will result in an acceleration of the pace of economic activity. That in turn will lead to an improvement in the earnings outlook. Given our earnings outlook, investors must consider the possibility of high single digit and/or low double digit stock market returns during the next 12 months.
