The Wall Street Journal's Forecasting Survey

According to the latest survey, the majority of economists do not believe that the economy needs another round of stimulus despite foreseeing continued job losses. Only 16% of the respondents supported a new stimulus with most preferring more of a wait and see approach. 53% of the analysts said that the stimulus package had boosted the economy somewhat with most of the effect still to come, 39% thought the effect had been small and would remain so while 6% of the respondents thought that the stimulus had hurt the economy.
