The Wall Street Journal’s Forecasting Survey

In the latest survey, the economists’ outlook continues the trend seen last month, when European debt issues and a struggling U.S. job market brought pessimism. Though their outlook is brighter than the general public’s opinion, the optimistic tone is relative, as economists expect the economy to perform better and recover in the future, but not at a very fast pace.
