The Wall Street Journal’s Forecasting Survey

In the latest survey, the economists’ outlook was optimistic for the second month in a row. The main theme being that the recovery is starting to be fueled by private domestic demand and not on government spending. The optimistic growth estimates come despite a continued concern about the depressed housing market. Economists forecast the housing market to take a hit in prices in 2011.
