Industrial Production Outlook

After showing its third consecutive month of expansion, The Industrial Production Index was unchanged during the month of August and then bounced back to a 0.2% gain in September. The index rose at a 5.1% annual rate during the quarter and it is 3.19% higher than it was a year ago. These are not very bullish numbers.
