The Obamacare decision by the Supreme Court where it upheld the mandate because it was a tax, even though the president had said it was not a tax, suggests that they are willing to push their agenda and it is up to Congress or the courts to limit or stop it. Under these conditions, we should see implementation of the president’s agenda through administrative measures and non-enforcement of provisions of the law that the administration does not agree with.
