In the aftermath of the election, Republicans will have to make a choice as to which way they will want to go. Will they still fight to hold the line on tax rates or will they cave in? We don’t know the answer to this question, but the Fiscal Cliff negotiations will reveal much about their position and the economic environment likely to prevail during the second term of the Obama Administration.
